We guarantee a two hour arrival window for all booked appointments, and we will call 1/2 an hour before we arrive so you know we are on our way.
Our electricians will take care of the disconnection and reconnection of your power if required to ensure your job goes smoothly.
We will open a permit with the Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) for any work that we complete that requires a permit and we will provide you with a Certificate of Acceptance from the ESA on completion.
